- Diploma in Sound Engineering (SAE-Sydney)
- Started his career as a roadie/sound engineer, then progressed to tour manager, production manager & now booking agent.
- Sound Engineer, tour or production manager for many Australian & overseas artists including Mental As Anything, The Angels, Jenny Morris, Margaret Urlich, Rose Tattoo, The Baby Animals, Suzi Quatro (UK), The Fureys (IRE), Headless Chickens (NZ), Kenny G (USA), Kevin Bloody Wilson, Rita McNeil (CANADA), Christie Moore (IRE) & many more.

Rob Potts CEO & Managing Director
- Rob has over 28 years experience in the entertainment industry based in Sydney NSW.
- Began his career in artist management within the Australian Rock market.
- Established a reputation as one of the leading booking agents in live music.
- Developed on of the largest live music touring circuits in Australia promoting many of the legendary Aussie rock groups including Cold Chisel, INXS, Men At Work, Divinyls, The Angels, Mental As Anything, Split Enz, Crowded House and many more.
- Established his own Entertainment Agency in 1985.
- Began promoting and booking contemporary country music in 1989 discovering and working with a wave of new country artists that included James Blundell, Keith Urban, Lee Kernaghan, Gina Jeffreys and Troy Cassar-Daley.
- Has served as an International Director of the CMA (Country Music Association – America) since 2001.
- Board Member of the CCMC (Contemporary Country Music Coalition)
- Chairman of the CMA Australian Advisory Board.
- Has won international awards in USA and Canada and is a regular Speaker at Music Seminars.
Ian Couch Senior Executive
- Has worked extensively in all facets of the Music Industry, both Nationally & Internationally, for more than 30 years.
- Toured globally with International Artists including Tom Jones, the Eagles, the Doobie Bros, Police, and the trio of Frank Sinatra, Liza Minelli & Sammy Davis Jr for “The Ultimate Event” Concerts).
- Managed and shaped the career and brand of Lee Kernaghan.
- Produced corporate events and product launches for Toyota, Telstra, Microsoft, IBM, Qantas, Lexus, Hyundai, Coca-Cola and many others.
- Implemented sponsorship programs and integrated retail marketing campaigns.
- Successfully produced Hit Studio Recordings for Australian Artists, incl. Renee Geyer.
- Corporate Sponsorship Liaison for Toyota, Telstra, Coca-Cola & other company Advertisers, with and across the Nine Network Australia.
- Producer of Farmhand – national drought relief fundraiser and Live TV concert for Kerry Packer raising over $23 million.
